Before You Adopt

Adoption is a lifetime committment. After the rehabilitation of each horse, they will be offered for adoption, to loving, responsible homes. We do our utmost to insure a match that will last a lifetime.

How to adopt

1. Contact CNEER for an interview and to view available horses.
2. You can also view available horses on the "Ready for Adoption" page.
3. Submit your application. (Please click here for a printable version of our Adoption Application.)
4. We will check your references and conduct an onsite facility inspection.
5. You must visit the horse you are interested in at least three times BEFORE adopting.
6. After adoption there will be home visits

The completion of this application will be the next step to having a life long friend!
