Supporting Us Through Your Workplace

As a recognized 501(C) 3 Charitable Organization, Central New England Equine Rescue is allowed to accept your tax-deductible donations. In addition to much appreciated one-time donations, there are a variety of workplace campaigns which will forward your payroll deduction donations to us throughout the year. All year long, Central New England Equine Rescue works hard to minimize fundraising expenses. However, the T-shirts we sell, the pasta suppers we serve and our many other activities all cost seed money. Gifts given through payroll deduction are the most cost effective fundraising tool we have.

Combined Federal Campaign (CFC)

Federal employees participating in the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) can support us each fall by designating a gift to us through CFC Code 31136. At this time, most federal employees in Massachusetts and Connecticut can contribute to us through the CFC. Each year we re-apply to be listed in local CFC campaign directories at no expense to our organization. Gifts through the CFC are combined and forwarded to us on a quarterly basis. If we are not listed in your local CFC service directory please contact us and we will apply to be listed in your local campaign.

United Way or Community Health Charity

If your employer’s United Way or Community Health Charity campaign allows it, you can designate payroll deduction donations to us as well.

In addition, we would be happy to provide supporting documentation to any employer campaign in order to be listed within their campaign directory – just let us know whom to contact.
